Anthropos Consulting - The Horse University

The first corporate Horsemanship Management program in Brazil has generated amazing results for its participants. The workshop can be conducted entirely in English, for foreign groups or organizations.

Program details:

• The workshops take place from 09 a.m. to 05 p.m. at The Horse University's headquarters, at the Chaparral Farm, in Sorocaba, Sao Paulo State, Brazil (different locations can be arranged upon agreement);
• During the first segment, participants watch and practice in person, the process of taming (domesticating) a bronco or untamed horse, through the horsemanship concept, which is based on integration and respect between the horse and human being;
• Subsequently, Professor Marins organizes a deeper discussion in groups, about the experience;
• After lunch, in The Horse University's auditorium the entire group explores and analyzes the Horsemanship experience with analogies that can be applied to the development of leadership in the corporate environment;
• Lunch and coffee breaks are provided to the participants;
