The message topics are always related to corporate development issues, such as motivation, leadership, human resources, and so forth. In order to facilitate the reading and discussion, messages are one-page long.

We have hundreds of subscribers throughout Brazil and internationally, where the messages are translated to English and Spanish. Subscribers receive the messages every week by e-mail in PDF format. Most companies post these messages on bulletin boards or internal newsletters.
